Position: Year 3 Teacher

Type: Full-time(Long-term)
Step Teachers are working with a welcoming primary school in Enfield to find an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher. The role is set to commence as soon as possible on a long-term supply basis, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving, one-form entry church school.
Year 3 Teacher – Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Maintain a well-organised classroom environment, ensuring the safe use and storage of all equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the school to support student learning.
- Assess student progress, monitor their development, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and contribute to a positive school culture.
Year 3 Teacher – Requirements:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- Possess a strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Have recent experience as a Year 3 Teacher in a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be proactive in planning, with the ability to adapt lessons from the previous year’s plans.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and be committed to the values of the school.
