Job description

They have a strong commitment to fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in all their pupils. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for primary education, a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, and the ability to inspire and engage young learners. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupils’ progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance pupils’ learning experiences.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Ideal Year 3 Teacher:

 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
  • A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
  • A commitment to fostering a love for learning in pupils.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
