We’re now looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team and guide pupils through this important year of growth and discovery.
Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:
Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Foster a calm, nurturing classroom with high expectations for behaviour and learning
Assess and track progress, giving regular feedback to pupils and parents
Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and enhance school life
Promote the school’s values and contribute to the wider school community
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum
A reflective practitioner with a passion for primary education
Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
A team player who is positive, proactive, and committed to pupil success
