We’re now looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team and guide pupils through this important year of growth and discovery.

Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum

• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils

• Foster a calm, nurturing classroom with high expectations for behaviour and learning

• Assess and track progress, giving regular feedback to pupils and parents

• Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and enhance school life

• Promote the school’s values and contribute to the wider school community

Ideal Year 3 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum

• A reflective practitioner with a passion for primary education

• Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills as a Year 3 Teacher.

• A team player who is positive, proactive, and committed to pupil success
