Position: Year 4 Teacher

Location: Romford

Start Date: September 2024

Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher looking for a permanent role? Step Teachers are working with a Primary School in Romford in search of a Year 4 Teacher starting in September 2024. This ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated school prides itself on the happiness and well-being of its students.

Year 4 Teacher Role:

  • Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
  • Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.

 Year 4 Teacher Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Have recent experience as a Year 4 Teacher in a primary school is desirable.
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
  • SEND experience is desirable.
