Step Teachers are collaborating with a school in Welwyn Garden City that has a “Good” Ofsted rating school. That enables pupils to develop their self-knowledge, self-esteem, and self-confidence are searching for a Year 6 Long Term Supply Teacher to join their team in September 2024. The Year 6 Teacher will be assisting a class of well-behaved and motivated Primary school students. The Year 6 Teacher should be enthusiastic and eager to connect with their kids, contributing to the school's courteous, pleasant, and safe learning environment.

Year 6 Teacher - Role:

• Able to deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
• The Year 6 Teacher should be able to maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
• Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• The Year 6 Teacher should be compliant with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.

Year 6 Teacher - Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
• Have recent experience as a Year 6 Teacher – Key Stage 2.
• Have a good level of classroom and behavior management.
