Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and progress.

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role (desirable but not essential).
• A strong interest in education and supporting young people.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Cover Supervisor.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups.
• A confident and professional approach to working in a school setting.
