We are looking to recruit a team of reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the Oxfordshire area. This is a great opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school staff looking for flexible work and classroom experience. Beginning ASAP.

Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson content across a range of subjects

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring school policies are followed

• Supporting students in staying on task and engaging with the lesson

• Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

• Acting as a positive role model within the school community

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Are confident working with secondary-aged pupils (11–16)

• Can manage behaviour in a calm, consistent manner

• Are adaptable, professional and dependable

• Have previous experience in schools or working with young people as a Cover Supervisor
