As part of an expanding multi-academy trust, we are looking for an experienced, visionary, and strategic Executive Headteacher to lead and support a number of schools within their trust, ensuring the highest standards of education and community engagement this September 2025.
Duties as Executive Headteacher:
Provide strategic leadership across all schools within the trust, ensuring a shared vision for academic success, student welfare, and school improvement.
Lead the development and implementation of educational policies, curricula, and initiatives across all schools.
Ensure the effective management and delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and support services.
Work closely with Headteachers and senior leadership teams to drive improvement and enhance outcomes for all students.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, governors, students, parents, and local communities.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of schools, ensuring rigorous accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead financial and resource planning for the trust, ensuring sustainable growth and efficient resource allocation.
Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing across all schools in the trust.
Represent the trust at a local, regional, and national level, building external partnerships and fostering innovation in education.
Ensure that safeguarding, health and safety, and legal compliance are maintained across the trust.
Ideal Executive Headteacher:
A proven track record of successful leadership in education, ideally at an executive or senior leadership level.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Significant experience in leading school improvement, curriculum development, and whole-school management.
A deep understanding of education policy, curriculum frameworks, and pedagogical practices.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large budgets and resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams as Executive Headteacher.
A commitment to the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare.
A strategic thinker with the ability to lead change and innovation across multiple schools.
