We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Teaching Assistant to support learners across a range of subjects within the Further Education (FE) setting. You will work closely with lecturers and curriculum teams to provide tailored support to students with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and succeed in their studies. Starting as soon as possible.

Duties as FE Teaching Assistant:

• Provide in-class and one-to-one support for students with diverse learning needs.

• Assist lecturers in the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Support learners in developing study skills, independence, and confidence.

• Monitor student progress and contribute to support plans and records.

• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

Ideal FE Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with young people or adults in an educational setting (FE preferred).

• A relevant Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or Learning Support qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as an FE Teaching Assistant.

• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
