We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated General Science Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive teaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 fostering a love of learning and scientific curiosity in all students. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a General Science Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Assess, record, and report on students' progress.

• Contribute to the development of science schemes of work and resources.

• Participate in school events, meetings, and CPD opportunities.

• Promote science across the wider school community.

Ideal General Science Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A degree in a science-related subject.

• Passion for science education and student achievement.

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills as a General Science Teacher.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
