Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Geography Teacher located in Norfolk, commencing in April 2025. This full-time position is for half a term initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Geography Teacher:

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Geography lessons that engage and inspire students.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of a diverse student cohort.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure their continued development.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, field trips, and department projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Geography curriculum and best teaching practices.

To be considered for this Geography Teacher position, you will:

• Hold a relevant degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
