Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Geography Teacher located in Norfolk, commencing in April 2025. This full-time position is for half a term initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Geography Teacher:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Geography lessons that engage and inspire students.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of a diverse student cohort.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure their continued development.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, field trips, and department projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Geography curriculum and best teaching practices.
To be considered for this Geography Teacher position, you will:
- Hold a relevant degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Have a genuine passion for being a Geography Teacher and a commitment to promoting student success.
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, and able to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
