This is a nurturing and inclusive early years setting dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children. We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to support the development and well-being of their children in their crucial early years. This role begins March 2025.

Duties as a Nursery Teaching Assistant:

• Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with personal care needs, including toileting and hygiene, if required.
• Observe and document children's progress and share with the teaching team.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to support children's development.

Ideal Nursery Teaching Assistant:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• A caring, patient, and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
