Job description

Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher looking to inspire and nurture young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a friendly and supportive team at a welcoming school. This role begins 2025.

Duties as a KS1 Teacher:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1
  • Create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment where children feel confident and valued
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for children
  • Foster a love of learning through creativity, play, and hands-on activities

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

 

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1
  • Is passionate about early education and child development
  • Has strong classroom management and communication skills as a KS1 Teacher.
  • Is committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
