Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Maths Teacher located in Enfield commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 10 days initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Maths Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to explore mathematical concepts.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional learning needs.
- Regularly assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology, to make math concepts accessible and interesting.
- Support students in developing their problem-solving, critical thinking, and logical reasoning skills.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians about student progress and achievement.
- Participate in school-wide activities and initiatives, including extracurricular activities related to mathematics and STEM.
To be considered for this Maths Teacher position, you will:
- Hold QTS or the equivalent of
- Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Maths Teacher
- Hold a relevant subject specific degree
