Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of the Early Years curriculum
Support the class teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Engage children in educational activities and play
Observe and document children's progress and development
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP) Qualification is essential
Strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum
Ability to work proactively and independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to the well-being and development of young children
