Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher located in Plymouth commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 1 day initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Primary School Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Foster a love for learning by creating a stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to support their development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a supportive school community.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners can succeed.
- Support students’ personal and social development, encouraging respect, responsibility, and independence.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events, fostering a well-rounded educational experience.
To be considered for this Primary School Teacher position, you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum (Key Stages 1 and 2).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth.
- Ability to differentiate teaching to support all learners.
