Duties as Primary School Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in line with the national curriculum.

• Follow school policies and provide continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

• Adapt quickly to different school environments and age groups.

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Maintain a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.

Ideal Primary School Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Confidence teaching across different primary year groups (or a preference for certain key stages).

• Strong classroom management and adaptability as a Primary School Teacher.

• Good communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude.

• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring children.
