Duties as a Drama Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable).

• Inspire creativity, confidence, and communication skills in your students.

• Lead practical sessions including improvisation, scripted work, and performance projects.

• Support students’ personal development through expressive arts.

• Adapt quickly to new school settings, following existing lesson plans or creating your own when necessary.

Ideal Drama Teacher:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Has experience teaching Drama, ideally across a range of key stages.

• Is passionate about performing arts and developing student talent.

• Is flexible, adaptable, and confident leading practical and theoretical lessons as a Drama Teacher.

• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of students.
