Duties as a Year 4 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform teaching.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the school to support pupil achievement.

• Contribute to wider school life, including enrichment and extracurricular activities.

Ideal Year 4 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Year 4 Teacher.

• A commitment to nurturing and supporting the whole child.
