Duties as Nursery Teaching Assistant:

• Assisting with planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities

• Supporting children with daily routines and personal care

• Creating a warm, inclusive environment that promotes learning through play

• Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff

• Contributing to assessments and observations to track development

Ideal Nursery Teaching Assistant:

• Level 2 or 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting
• A gentle, approachable manner with a positive attitude as a Nursery Teaching Assistant.
• Solid understanding of safeguarding and child development
• A team player who’s ready to jump in and make a difference
