We are seeking dynamic and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to cover short-term and long-term absences across various subjects across various schools in Plymouth.. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in different school environments while delivering engaging and effective lessons. Beginning April 2025.

Duties as a Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the curriculum.

• Adapt teaching methods to suit different classes and abilities.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

• Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding.

• Provide feedback on student progress when required.

Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Adaptability and confidence in teaching different subjects (if required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Secondary Supply Teacher.

• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
