Step Teachers are seeking an experienced HLTA located in King's Lynn commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 1 Term, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as an HLTA:
- Deliver planned learning activities and interventions for individuals and small groups.
- Provide support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum.
- Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
- Work closely with the class teacher to plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and engaging learning space.
- Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and other professionals to support student progress.
To be considered for this HLTA position, you will:
- Recognised Level 4 High Level Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as an HLTA.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing high-quality education and support for all students.
- Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
