Job description

Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a KS2 Teacher:

 

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all children thrive

  • Assess and track progress, ensuring each child achieves their potential

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and school life

  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and pupil engagement

  • Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in KS2 (or strong understanding of KS2 curriculum for ECTs)

  • High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour

  • Excellent subject knowledge and a creative approach to teaching

  • Strong communication and organisational skills as a KS2 Teacher.

  • A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
